- Payments once made shall not be refunded.
- Advance deposits are non-refundable.
- Partial project completion does not guarantee partial refunds.
- Change of mind does not qualify for refunds.
- Delays caused by clients do not qualify for refunds.
- Failure to provide project materials or communication does not qualify for refunds.
2. Exception – Refund from Orblinn Side
If any major issue, operational failure, or inability to deliver services arises directly from Orblinn’s side, Orblinn may initiate a full refund at its sole discretion.
Eligible cases may include:
- Complete inability to start the project
- Confirmed duplicate payments
- Technical or operational failures caused by Orblinn
- Failure to deliver services due to internal issues
If approved, the refund process will be initiated within 6–7 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on:
- Banking systems
- Payment gateways
- Financial institutions
- Processing delays outside Orblinn’s control
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Creative dissatisfaction based on personal preference after approval stages
- Missed deadlines caused by the client
- Scope changes after project approval
- Delays caused by third-party platforms
- Cancellations initiated by the client
- Miscommunication due to incomplete information provided by the client
4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Orblinn before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
Fraudulent disputes or abuse of payment systems may result in:
- Service suspension
- Legal action
- Permanent restriction from future services
