6. Payments

• Payments must be completed according to agreed terms.
• Orblinn may require advance deposits before commencing work.
• Delayed payments may result in project suspension.
• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

All prices are subject to applicable taxes where required.

7. Revisions & Scope Changes

Project quotations include only the revisions specified in the agreement.

Additional revisions, modifications, or scope expansions may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

Orblinn shall not be liable for delays caused by:

• Client delays
• Third-party failures
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events
• Internet or infrastructure disruptions
